We’re looking for a UX/CX Researcher who will play a substantial role in shaping Gameram’s future by uncovering deep user insights, optimizing the user experience, and driving data-informed product decisions.
Gameram is a social network for gamers where players from around the world share their achievements, make friends, and discuss their favorite games. We are a data-driven company, so every research effort will have a direct impact on the product and its key metrics.
If you are an experienced professional who wants to shape the research culture in product development and are curious about what interests gamers, we’d love to work with you.
What You’ll Be Up To:
- Full-cycle research: from identifying business needs and formulating research questions to organizing participant recruitment, conducting interviews, analyzing findings, and delivering actionable recommendations
- Embedding diverse user research methods as an integral part of product development, including in-depth interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
- Collaborating with product and UX teams to translate research insights into actionable improvements that enhance user engagement and retention.
- Teaming up with data analysts to gain a comprehensive understanding of user behavior and validate hypotheses.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- At least 3 years of experience in UX/CX research.
- Strong communication skills — ability to engage with users and effectively convey insights to the team.
- Visualisation & storytelling skills for delivering findings in a clear, structured, and engaging way (e.g., reports, CJM, Service Blueprint).
- Proficiency in research methodologies such as in-depth interviews, usability testing, and questionnaire design.
- Hands-on experience with survey tools.
- Experience managing participant recruitment through agencies.
- Fluent English (C1+) — ability to conduct interviews with native speakers.
